The Wichita Falls Area Basketball Officials Association is a
  not-for-profit corporation and is registered with the UIL. Our
    purpose is to unite in membership, qualified basketball
    officials in the Wichita Falls area; to provide training and
   education designed to improve the quality of officiating; to
  promote knowledge of the rules of basketball among school
 administrators, coaches, players, and the general public; to promote competition and sportsmanship in athletic competition; and to furnish competent officials to schools, leagues, and others in the Wichita Falls area.
